“Yes” is involved in all four segments of buildings mechanical systems: HVAC, electrical, lighting and plumbing.

Specifically for us “Yes” has engineered a careful design of the duct layout (air flow) system which we transformed into an illustrated cross-section for heating, cooling and ventilating the BoKs House utilizing an advanced energy recovery unit (CERV2) and system.

“Yes” understands the importance of achieving indoor air quality to enjoy healthier breathing. Their knowledge of the intended use of an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) and duct system is extensive to go beyond ASHRAE 62.2 standards. All homes should be equipped with such beneficial ventilating units assisting their high-efficiency furnaces.

A reliable ventilation system reduces the presence of harmful particles, fine debris, allergens, and other indoor pollutants that linger throughout your home. Along with numerous health benefits a fully functional ventilation system also can lower monthly utility bills and help improve your home’s energy efficiency.

And these positives are accomplished by the thoughtful engineering of “Yes” through an ERV system.

The basics of the ERV are:
The unit exhausts stale indoor air while inhaling fresh outdoor air. The two streams of air maintain separation passing through air channels where heat exchange occurs and this recovery rate varies between 55 and 75 percent. Also occurring is the transfer of humidity between the incoming and outgoing air flows. The retained humidity helps balance indoor humidity year round.
